Propagandhi
Today's Empires, Tomorrows Ashes LP

Most well, all of the songs on here were really great, message wise any who. Propagandhi has always put out some of, if not thee best, political punk songs ever. Songs like fuck the border and todays empires, tomorrows ashes are some with a stronger and clearer message but all of them have meaning overall. I thought it was a great album but some of the songs where a little hard to under stand due to one of the singers screams. If Dead Kennedys isn't hitting the message enough for you, I'd suggest you get some propagandhi to satify your needs. also the 12' lp record comes with a copy of the US foriegn policy. im not sure if the cd does but theres that for you. Great band good Cd.

Lagwagon -A Feedbag Of Truckstop Poetry 7

Lagwagon
A Feedbag Of Truckstop Poetry 7"

i really like this band-- lagwagon is very good for a pansy band-- i like 7" like this one where they put all the better songs on one side and a longer boring song on the other-- its nice to fall asleep to or try to sing along with even though you dont know the words-- you cant find one of these songs-- the one for jawbreaker-- i think the other one is on lets talk about left overs-- um-- buy it if you like the band-- if you dont like them you probably wont like this 7"--

The PMRC Can Suck On This 7"

some of these songs are really funny-- others are offensive-- its another 7" that i could have avoided by buying one double cd called songs that werent good enough...-- but its good if youre a big nofx fan just wanting it as a novalty item i guess--

Fuck The Kids 7"

if youve ever heard the cd 44 or 45 songs that werent good... by nofx then youve pretty much heard this album-- its pretty good though-- some really good songs on it but they are really fast and really short-- good for short attention spans-- but if youre one of those people who dont like to have to switch the record after like five mins i would just recommend getting the cd for the 44 or 45 songs--

Refuse -Trail of Destruction 7

Refuse
Trail of Destruction 7"

every once in a wile i like to listen to some local bands from outside my town and alot of those times i hear things that sound all the same-- and alot of it can be some crappy pansy stuff or something that just doesnt sound like punk to you but is labeled that way any way-- this one, though, is not dissapointing at all-- in fact this is what i like to hear-- some good old styled street punk with some political messages-- they were fast and sounded really casualties influenced-- id recommened it to those who like fast or hardcore street punk--

Independents
Live From Murder Beach CD

Here is a band that couldn't fit into one specific catagory so they put themselves into three-- this has to be one, if not the best live albums i've ever heard-- they make it worth listening to even if you have heard all of the songs on it from other albums-- willy changes up alot of his rad guitar solos esp. in bloody night, bloody knife-- its just not long enough-- its about fourty mins long but the way they're playing you want it to last so much longer because of the rush you get out of it-- anyway if you've never heard of this band i would recomend getting an album like back from the grave or full moon arise first-- then after youve fallen in love from listening to them so much and recieving multiple orgasms from it-- you buy this one and take it to a new level--
