Circa Survive
Inuit Sessions EP CD

This EP is good, but not excellent. The best song (hands down) is Handshakes at Sunrise. The other songs are good they just don't compare to it. Unless you feel you need this CD, I would just buy Juturna because it is much better.

Shape of Punk to Come - Chimerical Bombination in CD

A friend of mine referred this album to me. I figured I'd check it out. I really like it but i don't love it. at least not yet. It'll probably grow on me. anyway....the lyrics are very good and the music is diverse thought the whole CD. If you like bands with political, revolutionary lyrics you'll love refused.

Blood Brothers
Jungle Rules Live DVD

WOW! This is the craziest dvd ever. The Blood Brothers are crazy, spazzy and just really rad. my favorite performances are doctor! doctor!, siamese gun, and new york slave. it is a little short but still worth the 7.75 bucks.

Bright Eyes
Letting Off The Happiness CD

First, Bright Eyes is not for everyone. OK, that said, this album is great. Not as good as Fevers and Mirrors or Lifted... but still a great debut. I bought this album for my ex-girlfriend, but i already have a copy. If you have heard Bright Eyes before then I suggest you buy this but I suggest you listen to them first because they have the most original sound ever. Oh for christ's sake just buy it! It's Fucking Bright Eyes!!

Wings Of Azrael
Suspension Of Disbelief CD

At first, I thought this CD was just mediocre music with mediocre vocals. Then, with my second listen I noticed how great the music and vocals were and how well they fit together. This CD has the raw emotion of Thursday's Waiting, lyrics like Silverstein (buy their new CD and see them live) only somehow with more emotion, and the musicianship of Moneen. Not too shabby for a debut. Plus they're from Pittsburgh, which isn't too far from my home. All the songs are excellent especially Autumn in July, Ceramic, and A Breath That Ends What Chokes Begin. There is something about this CD. Its refreshing and different than the cliche "emo-core". Don't buy this if you are so hardcore that you can't stand to hear the beauty of the melody. Otherwise, its worth every penny.

Calling Blue Skies
Thanks To You CD

I bought this CD because people handed out there 2 song demo at a thursday concert at the metropol in pittsburgh. I liked the demo but the songs on the demo were a lot better than the songs on the CD. This CD is a very mediocre CD. It has good part and bad parts. The best songs are when everything falls and thanks to you.
