Sunny Day Real Estate
LP2 CD

Well, there are a lot of thigs to tell about this CD or just a few: according to the year it was released, i can tell that SDRE was one of the very first melodic emo bands, really... all the later and actual melodic emo bands like saves the day, the get up kids, elliott and all those are very influenciated by this one, is easy to hear SDRE`s music arrangaments in their music. About this album in specific, well you know... if you didn`t hear nothing about LP2 you still don`t know what EMO REALLY is... check this one out and you`ll be discovering the roots af all that strange slow music you hear all around... I agree wuith our partner below... this is EMO...

NOFX
War On Errorism CD

Ok, i just have to say that this album is totally awesome. I am a really old NOFX fan since many years ago and I can say that I never got tired of their music, with every record they make better music, and you can be sure of that, for example, just by listening their Decline album, that`s simply something that a normal musician can`t do. About "War on Errorism" i can say that this album rocks: lyrically, NOFX came back with a totally fresh and deep autocritic to the north americans and their way of life, and also they show (correctly and with reason) how shitty is becoming the music and specially the punk rock around the world, song like "medio-core" or "the separation of church and skate" must be listened by those plastic-poser bands out there such as... i don`t know, there are so many... you know, like The Starting Shit, or Shit 182, or The Atarshits, or Anti-freeshit, and all those pseudo-punk bands... and finally, if we talk about the music of this album, it is just the original NOFX as we always liked them: powerful, fast, furious, savage, with screams and nice backing vocals and those reagge and ska touches. If you like any album of NOFX, buy this one. And if you don`t, buy it the same and learn. Keep punkin`!
