Hot Water Music
Caution CD

I am always a big person on bands evolving with each album they put out. I think through perseverance and honest hard work Hot Water Music has done it again. Not the best album, but a must for rock fans. Some of their early stuff wasn't for everyone, but with Flight and a Crash and Caution I feel they finally have a sound almost anyone can appreciate.

Riverdales
Phase Three CD

Three labels...three albums...three pop punk greats. The first day I got it I couldn't get enough and I still can't. Buy this album!

NOFX
War On Errorism CD

What can I say? This one took me by surprise. Here is a CD that at first had me concerned if it could meet my high expectations, but then took those concerns and ground them into the dirt. Fat Mike and crew have their fingers on the pulse of the nation with this one. From serious catchy tunes to their traditional NOFX silliness, I give this my highest recommendation.

Me First And The Gimme Gimmes
Take A Break CD

By far my least favorite of the Gimmes work. This CD does have some interesting takes but I prefer their classics and show tune covers to this song list. Both their last two CDs have left me a little disappointed of a band I thought was once one of the funnest things around. Complete the collection if you must but don't rush it if you are concerned about the quality of this CD.

Lagwagon
Blaze CD

While Hoss and ..Leftovers are still favorites of mine this CD has its gems. It is still Joey Cape and crew at their best but a few songs on this album left me flat. Overall a good listen if you are a diehard Wagon fan but not for everyone.

Adventures Of Jet
Muscle CD

This one took some getting use to, but I must say it is definitely a nice departure from previous releases that often times started out fresh and ended up just annoying pop drivel. There are few bands that can really pull the Moog sound off and if you are a fan of The Rentals than this is the CD for you.
