Warped Tour Compilation 2003 CD

52 Songs by 52 different bands. Thats alot of music for roughly £5! Even if you don't like the majority of the bands on here (myself included), there is bound to be something for you, with contributors ranging from Simple Plan to Avenged Sevenfold. Can't go wrong! Whats good about this comp is it gives smaller bands a chance to be heard by the masses, and there are also unreleased treats such as 'Just A Little' by The Used for example. This is not just any old CD thrown together to make a quick $. My personal faves on here would have to be Senses Fail, Coheed and Cambria, Tsunami Bomb and Slick Shoes. The only thing really missing is tracks by Rancid and AFI.

Having bought this CD on reccomendation only, all i can say is "what a find!". This CD is THE SHIT. Simple as that, The 6 songs on this CD are a world away from all that is regurgitaited and generally lame in today's seemingly over-crowded music scene's. The songs are catchy and fun, and the lyrical and musical style is unique. The artwork for this CD is also excellent, combining spooky creatures with Pop Art style images. Having said that, "The Ultimate Escape" is not quite as good as this, partly due to the departure of thier Keyboardist, and party due to the songs having a slightly more 'Polished' feel to them. However Agent M is a great frontwoman and a great performer, music needs more people like her.

I saw this band live in September'02 when they opened up for New Found Glory in London, as a live act whom i'd never heard before, they left a great impression! Their stage presence was brilliant. The songs are fast-paced and well written! This e.p will not dissapoint! If you like punk thats hard, fast and full of energy and passion, then this is the band for you! Look forward to the album!
