Six Degrees Of Variation

Jump Start 43

Released on February 3, 2004

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Recorded and produced at Clay Creek Studios with Nick Rotundo (None More Black, Boy Sets Fire) at the helm, "Six Degrees Of Variation" is the band's sophomore effort. It's an album showcasing a young yet mature band filled to the brim with frustration, determination and just a little psychosis. With "Six Degrees Of Variation," Ritter attempts to break up an all too familiar punk rock recipe. From the no brakes intensity of "Free" to the carnival madness of "Black Hole" this six-song EP manages not only to spice things up but also to rewrite the recipe with each track.

I love this band. It's all about straight up punk rock music. The guys seem to be under the radar in the punk rock scene but should get more attention. Anyways, this e.p. has good sound, awesome guitar work, and the vocals fit the style to a t.
