Absolutely wicked, Big D along with MU330 are my favourite ska bands... Every Big D song here is genius.

Drexel are pretty cool too, bit unoriginal though.

Also, this is soooooo damn cheap! If you like ska, you will most definitely like this... Also get 'Good Luck'.

'Little Sammy was a punk rocker...' (That's me)

this is an amazing album. the Big D half and the Drexel half are both amazing. Big D and the Kids Table is one of the best ska bands i've ever heard. great horns, great guitars, great bass lines, and the lyrics are amazing. they're sung like rap, and over a ska beat, it's just fantastic. "In Front of Me", "Quiet Room", and "Hey" are my favorites for Big D. the Drexel half is really great as well. they do a weird mix of ska-punk and pop-punk, but it works out to be really good and quite catchy, too. reminds me a little of op ivy and early green day. favorites on the Drexel half are "BCM", "You Wanted It", and "Promises". oh yeah, and after the last track of Big D and before the first of Drexel there's a little ten second intermission type thing. number twelve is the intermission, not "Praise on Them" by Drexel. so the tracks actually go to twenty-two. that had me a little confused the first time, when i thought that the intermission was part of the first Drexel track. you've been warned. buy the record already.

Ok, ok...So by now you've been checking out the reviews of all the Big D and the Kids Table albums on interpunk. And you're like, "That Guy fellow has had a great review on each album." Well thats because great bands deserve great reviews. Ok this is their first album. It's great. Simply put. I mean, "Jeremy" is always a crowd favorite at their shows. I just saw them play last night and they played "Hey" which is also an amazing song. But it's pretty hard for them not to play an amazing song when all of their songs are amazing. And Drexel by the way is a damn good band. This album is a huge bargain. There is no reason why you shouldn't get this album. Big D and the Kids Table are awesome.

This is great. This shows Drexel at their finest and Big D rocking hard too. Big D's segment is amazing with the raw ska sound mixed up with fast paced punk. Hey is one of the best songs I ever heard and makes me want to dance every time I hear it. NNH, Draw The Line, And Quiet Room are also great. Some of(if not) the best Big D stuff around.

This is Drexels best album. Honestly is a great song and most of their other stuff is gold. Fast Punk with awesome vocals. Great stuff.

This cd is what classic punk/ska cds are made of. Raw sound, fast songs, and fun lyrics. You're not going to find the most intelligent lyrics here but it's fun, it's tight, and will make you skank. Classic.

For $7 this CD is an all time personal favorite. Big d's music is totally amazing. The non stop bass lines and the jazzy horns make big d and the kids table one of the most impressive ska bands around. More people should listen to this band! 5 out of 5 ....the drexel stuff pretty good too -luke

Good for the first release off of Fork in hand. The Big D material is a little lighter than the songs on Goodluck, and doesn't even compare to the songs off of the Gypsi Hill ep. I didnt like the Drexel stuff at all, But if you are a fan of Big D, You should definatly pick this up for songs like "Quiet Room", "NNH", and "In Front Of Me".

Wow, this cd is AWESOME. Big D has their trademark high energy at full blast on this cd. There is not a bad song on here. The guitarist sings more, but that certainly isn't a bad thing. My favorite songs on it are "In Front of Me," "Jeremy," and "Quiet Room." The Drexel portion is good too. Good pop punk. Buy this cd, its cheap and is basically two cds. Two awesome cds.

BIG D AND THE KIDS TABLE: This is pobably the greatest ska you will ever hear. Each song is completely different, and each one brings something new to the cd. If you are a ska fan at all, pick up the damn cd, or get their full length "Goodluck". Ska at it's very very best.

DREXEL: I had heard about these guys before, but never actually heard them. This cd gave me my first listen to Drexel. They are an incredible punk band that can't really be compared to any other band (The bands that resembles them the most, though, might be Authority Zero or Pinhead Gunpowder). I can't wait to pick up the Drexel full-length. Overall, this cd includes 22 of the most amazing punk tracks I have ever heard.

I actually bought this album after I had been listening to Good Luck for awhile, and I have to say that I can't pick a favorite between the two. Big D is just a great ska band, and this doesn't really sound like a debut release--to me it's just more great music from them. And for seven bucks, there aren't too many cds on Interpunk that are better than this one. Also, don't forget that Drexel is on this cd as well--although this is the only stuff of theirs I've ever heard, I like it a lot too. They are a very capable pop punk band with some really cool riffs in some of their songs. All in all, this is a great cd with 21 songs for cheap. You should buy this.

A great album! It has some of the best SKA/PUNK you'll hear. You have to get this Album. Big D is awesome with ska and Drexel is a pop-punk band but they incorporate ska into their songs and it sounds really good. Get this Album!
