I bought this album because I had the other two and im a big fan of both the GUKs and the new Ams, this includes a few more of the get up kids (the pope bros) and sounds On a Wire which is great cause i loved on a wire (even though everyone canned it when it came out) anyway if ur a fan of slow, heartfelt emo like Elliott, Bright Eyes (the list goes on) then you wont be dissapointed. Well done Matt! 5 stars!

I'm completely addicted to this album. Best of all three, lyrically and instrumentally. I usually like the more raw sounding recordings but this one "caught my ear" even though it seems a bit overproduced. I love the acoustic guitar, banjo, and pianos used on this cd... its a nice change from what I usually listen to. The pump organ is sooo awesome, I've never heard one in a modern recording so this is a first for me. Buy it now....

This CD is nothing less than amazing. Matthew Pryor is a genius when it comes to his catchy and heartfelt lyrics. If you like The Get Up Kids then this CD will automatically become one of your favorites. The songs sound like a captivating combination between The Get Up Kids, and Death Cab For Cutie. Every song on this album is solid and catchy. Buy this CD now.

ok... this cd is everything i think a 3rd full length should be... its not the same as the two previous but at the same time it reflects what the new amsterdams (matt prior) are all about, which is slow, soothing rock with passionate and meaningful lyrics. Mr. Prior has a way of putting thoughts and feelings everyone experiences into words like no else. i recomend this album to anyone who likes soft rock. its really cool how they added a lot of instruments on this cd too. there is even a banjo... but its not corny, its actually very appropriate. all in all i give it 4 out of 5 stars because it is very very good but not the best cd of the three. bottom line... buy it.
