This album took the longest out of any Converge album to grow on me. But now that it has, it is one of my favorites. I think it's the distinctly darker, sludgier tone on this album that initially turned me off to it, but now I get what they were going for and I absolutely love it. Don't listen to this if you want to be in a good mood.

Yeah everyone fucking loves Petitioning the Empty Sky, BUT I LIKE THIS ONE WAAAAAY BETTER. Why? Because it is better (in my opinion). C'mon, Towing Jehovah and Year of the Swine are reason enough. More thought out and fluid than their previous full length, this reissue is fucking sweet. It's no Jane Doe or You Fail Me, but it's number 3 for me fer hizzle. Mad dizzle. Amazing metal/tech/hardcore. Converge owns, but are owned by Botch - the greatest band of all time!

its convege and its been re-issued so it is good if you have this already get it i mean the re-issue it has a bunch of extra stuff and while your at it pick up fail me !!!
