Nerve Agents

Days Of The White Owl

Revelation 94

Released on July 4, 2000

The debut album from punk rock's deadly, make-up wearing, black-hearted bastards. Sixteen ghoulish tracks of hard-hitting punk and hardcore demonics that should be avoided by any with a weakness of heart. Previous EP and split with KILL YOUR IDOLS scared the shit out of me.

Holy shit. this cd is the best "new" hardcore band i have heard in a while. it hasn't left my cd player in a long time. and for the old school fans they do a cover of EVIl by 45 grave. So it has a little something for everyone.

I don't know why, but i absolutely love this album. If you have seen them live then be prepared for a change on album. Live they are so hard and fast, but on this album its like listening to ramones hardcore. you see them live they are fast and hard and full of energy, listen to the album its a bit slower and poppier or something. This cd seems slower but maybe its cuz i saw them live before i heard it. However I still listen to it all the time. The only thing that bothers me but a lot of people will enjoy is guest vocals by davey havok from afi. I really hate his voice cuz i always think its a chick he should have tried cock rock. but anyways great album from beginning to end

This is a pretty good album. I got introduced to the Nerve Agents via "The Butterfly Collection" so I had high expectations for this album, it's not as great as "Butterfly", but it certainly holds its own. Great, brutal, fast, (at the risk of sounding cliche) "in-yer-face" hardcore. This is the way hardcore is supposed to sound! The stand-out tracks on this album are "Fall of the All American", "Jekyl and Hyde" (which features guest vocals by Davey Havok), and "Next in Line". If you are buying an Agents album for the first time start off with "The Butterfly Collection" or their self-titled EP which is AMAZING.

great hardcore. sounds a lot like old afi but a little creepier. has a rad cover of a 45 grave song. buy it if you like afi or hardcore and also get the butterfly collection which is even better than this

I have heard songs from these guys before and I really liked them, but I can't find any of their CD's anywhere in my town or nearby towns. So, i finally got around to ordering this off Interpunk. This is an awesome CD, and I recommend it to anyone who loves hardcore or wants to get into it. These guys kick serious ass.

An amazing piece of punk hardcore. Way better than the self-titled EP. 'Furious' is the word describing best the singer's (Eric Unit Pride) vocals. The music is solid: fast, raw, never really melodic nor actually 'sung', but at the same time danceable. Sounds a bit like a more furious, more 'streety' pre-"Black Sails in the Sunset" AFI.

This CD is a strong Hardcore punk release with a dark feel that we can all appreciate. I would say the vocalist could be hard for some to get used to, perhaps an acquired taste. Really fun CD.

ahhhhh nerve agents. i've had this cd for a half year probly. this is my favorite agents cd, but lately butterfly collection has been in my player alot. this is more strait up hardcore punk record, beautiful original songwriting style. this is a band that i could never confuse with another, even redemption 87. i love the spooky sound they have. so original. butterfly is a little more complexly written, with more wierd spooky sound. these song s are very aggressive and just crazy. eric ozenne is THE MAN. my favorite singer ever. so much energy and passion into it from him, his voice is the coolest thing since glenn danzig with the 'Fits. very solid band, wish they didnt end. if you're into this, check out AFI- Shut your Mouth and Open Your Eyes, Thought Riot- Shattered Mirror Syndrome, Where Eagles Dare- To Come from Nowhere, The Frisk- audio ransom note. yay Nerve Agents
