The heavily anticipated first studio album in seven years, and a brilliant and broody follow-up to last year's ripping split EP with HOT WATER MUSIC. Fourteen killer tracks of no-frills punk and modern pop featuring the whisky and tobacco strained voice of FRANKIE STUBBS, along with the band's patented dual guitar attack. Intense, melodic and melancholically hard

Great album, probably my favourite apart from mush, but the first time I ordered the LP, it was scratched to the point where it would not play over several places on the record. A replacement was sent, but it also would not play over the exact same places, and had the same defects.

A really great record... Frankie Stubbs voice takes some getting used to, but now I totally dig all Leatherfaces records..
