As the front man of THE CLASH, JOE STRUMMER sold millions of records, reshaping and rejuvenating the face of rock'n'roll. Now at peace with his legacy, one of the twentieth century's greatest singer/songwriters returns with an album full of soulful, poignant tunes showing where he has been for the past two decades. Thirteen tracks that already have modern rock radio very excited.

You need to know right away your not buying a Clash record.I dont think there is much here to compare to the Clash at all. That said its still a great record, Joe was trying all kinds of cool things here and if your open to some mellower worldy beats I think youll like this. But its not all mellow you also need to be ready to shake your ass a little.I bought this even though i had a burned copy allready, its that good. And its a good deal here, in Ontario (well Brantford Ontario) they want $25 for it. If your a big fan buy it right now, but Global A-go-go is a little better.

After almost a ten year abscence from music, Joe Strummer finally returned with his new band The Mescaleros. Fortunatley for us they made three records before Joe's untimley passing. God bless you Joe and thanks for the great tunes!
