If you don't buy this you either never were there, or you will never understand. I'm not trying to be a dick or disrespectful by any means. Some of these recordings encompass the rare and forgotten bygone days of "real" hardcore and not that commercial radio bullshit that masquerades as punk! Some recordings are better than others I'm not gonna lie. There are also about 5 live tracks that have that good old recorded with a K-Tel tape recorder inside a cereal box quality sound. Plus it was a benefit for Roger Miret back when he hurt his back. Highlights include Suburban Mutilation, White Cross, Executioner, Raw Power, Social Task and........you know just buy the damn thing already! If you got this far you must know at least what this music is all about!

Very fun comp of 80's punk rock/hardcore or whatever your labeling preference may be. Mostly US bands but some choice world bands. It's a good mix of the raw, the powerful and in some cases, the bizarre. Highlights are the tracks from the following The Wrecks,Executioner,Ribzy,Raw Power,Nog Watt,Red Scare,Sado Nation, Adrenaline OD, YDI, White Cross,Detonators,Crucifix. All other bands are of varying goodness but its definitely worth grabbin' if you grove out on this time period's noise. Good for those long car rides!
