This 12" LP was recut in November 2008 at Chicago Mastering Service. It features a new green cover and comes with an MP3 download of the album.
CD and digital versions of the album contain 6 extra tracks; two from the original recording session (previously released on a Selfless Records 7") and four previously unreleased live tracks.
Tracks 1-10 appeared on the original LP, Can I Say; tracks 11 and 12 are from the same recording session and originally appeared on Selfless Records; tracks 13-16 were recorded live at the Electric Banana in Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania, February 6th, 1986. This was Dave Smalley's first show and these live tracks have never been released. This entire CD was remastered in 2002 by Chad Clark at Silver Sonya.

Listening to it as i write this. With Dave Smalley and Brian Baker how could you go wrong. Catchy as hell and LP's kick ass so get this.

Dave Smalley (DYS, ALL, Down By Law) rules, Can I Say is the finest moment of DC hard core punk. Brilliant in everyway. You can't lose with Dave fronting something that has Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Junkyard, later Bad Religion) on guitar. Baker on guitar gave Minor Threat something that they lacked before, and Can I Say showcases the same thing....
