Death Cab For Cutie

Photo Album

Barsuk 21

Released on October 9, 2001

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

The rabidly anticipated new album from Seattle's grace-pop kings is a tight and punchy departure from their previous, more experimental efforts. More consistent with their live energy Photo Album showcases BEN GIBBARD's trademark love-and-loss lyrics with strong writing and great production.

Great album from death cab for cutie. I love this one and we have the facts.. Those are my favourites. I know transatlanticism is more complete as album, but the good songs are better one the other ones.

I love this record. Some of my friends say that Transatlanticism is the best DCFC album, but I have to disagree after hearing this one. It's really upbeat, at least the music is, not necessarily the lyrics, and it's quite 'rocky' in parts. Definetly go and buy this!!!! It's great!!!!

This CD is my favorite of Death Cab's CDs along next to Transatlaticism. If you are going to get a death cab for cutie CD, get one of these two. This CD is so wonderful..The words, the music, everything...This band is amazing! Great CD!

this cd is radical. the songs get stuck in your head and its not a problem at all, really creative stuff, this is a great first cd to get by death cab. if you already are into death cab, then get this and be blown away like rambo.

This is an enjoyable, "chill" album. Nice vocals. Good music for the most part. It won't amaze you, but you'll be relaxed and singing along. Favorite song: Styrofoam Plates.

This band is orignal...but very hard to get into...especially for people into the new emo that's been coming out. You have to give it more than one listen to understand what they're going for...but even then, it doesn't hold my insterest for very long. I give it a 3 for originality.

Death cab makes it again with what its their best album so far.... with similarities with Pedro, but in their own way, Death Cab its like a journey band that tells some pretty sad stories while they play some really good music...i don't know if i would classify this as emo, but whatever it is, it's really good...That guy's voice its sssooo awesome. This is Defintely something to own if you're into Mellow music.

This is one of those listen-to-before-you-fall-asleep CDs. It's pretty catchy. You'll be singing these songs for a while if you buy it. There really aren't any bad songs on it. "We Laugh Indoors" is borderline annoying, but that's about it. It can get old after a while, but the music and lyrics are gorgeous.
