Listen to this record lots and you will really get into it. The best of the best song is when ian starts singing "i got this epic problem..." all fugazi has to do now is end their hiatus and start making music again.

This is the first Fugazi album I bought, after downloading "Life and Limb": that particular song wasn't very impressive alone, but it works very well in the context of the whole album. "The Argument" doesn't rely heavily on catchy songs, but it has a thrillingly Spartan mystique that keeps the listener coming back every time. On tracks like "Epic Problem", that band holds its guns steady until just the right moment, then drops a tightly controlled riff for maximum impact. There are some slow parts, too, and those are just as magnificent. It must be some kind of miracle that bands like this still exist in the age of blink 182.

Nothing i say can really do this or them justice. One of the most experimentally diverse punk bands in existence. They're chock full of integrity and prove their ace musicianship on this one. Do hand over your bling for this one kids.

AMAZING CD.
Personally my favorite work of Fugazi, "The Argument" will not dissapoint. Has nice instrumentals but maintains Fugazi's kind of off-tone sound. It's more sophisticated than some of the other Fugazi albums, which sounds really good. It's probably not for those of you who think Fugazi is just another Minor Threat, but if you like other emo-core-like music buy it. Standout tracks are the first five (not counting the intro) and the last song, The Argument. If you like Fugazi, go and buy it now.

Excellent!! Ive had this for about six months and I still listen to it. Its much more mellow than the rest of their work, thats why it took me so long to buy it. Ironically that is precisely why I like it. It is very creative and sounds like nothing else other than itself. For all you emo kids, stop crying and get this record. Ian Mckaye was one of the main founding fathers of your scene...Check it.

This cd has a better mellow feel to it than others, that dosen't mean that it is totally different than their other cd's it just means that they have changed their music a bit like they always do. Buy this now you won't regret it. If you do regret it listen to it again until you don't. I didn't like it at first it took me a while to get into it, when i did i was glad i had.
