Get it, red one, green two? There is a catch however, we only pressed 750 of these, so that means about 250 people are gonna get stuck looking for it to no avail. Green two brings back the Sunset Beach attack that made the Numbers a superior band, no wha-wha pedal, no valley sound, pure beach punk. Back in the days of the X-USED, the band's prior incarnate, Downtown Girls was the song that turned heads, the Numbers ressurected it for us to enjoy, albiet not the herky jerky new-wave track it once was. Green Two also brought us a new mid-temp blast, Mechanics of Wealth, a song that jabs at the label that actually released it, the punk rock version of biting the hand that feeds...recorded when the band was on drummer hiatus, Tim Smogtown stepped in as a hired gun and brought his signature sound for a New Beach Coalition (north) meets New Beach Alliance (south) collaboration..NOW ON CLEAR WAX!
