Good CD from begining to end but there isn't much difference in each song. None the less it is a really good punk CD. Great sing along choruses and fast punk.

I've got no complaints about this album, it's really catchy hardcore punk, passionate (and very political) lyrics.
If you're going to get your first Strike album, get Dead FM (even better than this).
Can't go wrong with Strike Anywhere. If you ever get the chance to see these guys live, do it, it will be one of the best experiences of your life.

Strike anywhere was the first political band i got into. The lyrics on this are really well written, honest and passionate. I also like how they use the anti fascism "logo" as theirs.. Go buy this!

What's there to say? This CD is amazing! I didn't enjoy it as much as Dead FM, but it's still great. The good thing is, no song really over-shadows all the others; each song is an epic, emotional, melodic hardcore punk rollercoaster, except for one or two average songs.
If you're thinking about what Strike Anywhere CD to get, I think it depends on what you're into. This CD is faster than the others, and a lot more emotional, as though it's showing the suffering side of their lyrical themes. Dead FM leans a lot closer to Melodic Hardcore, it's a lot slower, but that's made up for with the aggressive attitude. Dead FM is a lot more Anthematic and uplifting, and catchy to. Exit English is pretty much inbetween.
So overall, this CD is excellent. New fan of Strike Anywhere, check it out! Old fan but don't have it, why the heck don't you!?

RICHMOND, RVA REPRESENT! The CD that started it all. I remember hearing hearing this years ago and just being blown away. Unfortunately, I am lazy and just got around to buying it. Great band with a great message! Buy all their stuff.

STRIKE ANYWHERE! This is an excellent album. Pissed off political punk rock just like I like it. Granted, the music is VERY simple and almost every song sounds the same, but who fuckin cares?! If you are as mad as I am about just about everything going on around you, buy this CD and break someone's face while listening to it.

Political punk at its best. If you like Anti-Flag, buy this album immediately. Refusal is a good song, but I liked the whole album. Good to listen to over and over.
