This Compilation is pretty good. I was afraid that it would be mostly emo crap. it wasn't emo crap, it was more punk rawk than anything. The overall majority of the songs on it are good. Especially the T.S.O.L. "sold" song and AFI's "who knew." I think that you should get it if you want to save some shipping or whatever. Great variety for the low price. Plus it's a good cause. This compilation could compete with a punk o rama one. Go for it. Good cause.

Hmm...I'm not too sure what to say about this one. I really want to rant about how amazing it is but there is something holding me back. The CD is pretty cheap and has a load of tracks...but then that's part of the problem. There's so much variety that there's a good chance you will dislike a few songs on here. There are some great bands on this CD (Alk3, AFI, Good Riddance) but it's not really their best tracks to date. The highlights are the Trio's song and the Larry Arms track. Although this is a great CD you can't help feeling it could have been better. Get it in and support a great cause, just don't expect it to be quite as good as it sounds.

A wide variety of bands come together to help fund the education of homeless midgets in wheelchairs.
There are a lot of good bands on here, no matter what one's taste is, and most of the tracks are unreleased or live. The likelyhood for hating at least a fourth of the music on this disc is quite good, though. I detest the Ataris more than midgets in wheelchairs detest ignorance, myself.

This CD is awesome and especially with 28 songs for real cheap. I skip a few songs in the middle but the other ones are great and if your looking for some bands to like this one has all sorts of great ones you can sample. I say buy. While your at it buy the second volume too.

With all the bands that I am totally in love with on this CD...I gotta say I was pretty dissapointed. It starts off with a kick-ass song from Alkaline Trio which I love but then just goes downhill from there...All through the CD I kept thinking it had to get better, but I just couldn't get into it.

This album is for a great cause. Unfortunately, it is not a great album. As far as I can tell, they took the WORST song from each of the bands, and made them into a compilation. This album has some big names (AFI, Atom and his Package, Alkaline Trio, etc.), but probably isn't worth buying. Instead, donate some money to Anti-Racist Action or 1-800-SUICIDE (Hopeline Network). They need all the help they can get.
