Makes you want to scream your guts out. Very melodic, good vocal and guitar work. Hardcore, but clean cut. Pretty similar to the latest music they released.

Rise Against is one of the better pop/punk bands on the scene today. This album isn't there best though...

Rise Against is one amazing band. They're on Dreamworks now, so that will be hard to see where they're going. I love their music though, and I hope they won't change much. They've been great at with NoFx, Mad Caddies, Audio Karate, Anti-Flag, and at Warped Tour. This cd is definitely less produced than Revolutions Per Minute, but it suits the style. Great CD. My favorites are Everchanging and Six Ways 'Till Sunday.

this album was a very great buy. i think it tops "Revolutions per minute" just by a little. mainly because there are more songs on this album. however, both albums are really good. make sure you give this a listen though, its very enjoyable.

Great Band, Good CD. Not as good as RPM, but still very good. Worth buying for any Rise Against fan. Could be better, but I'm not complaining. It still kicks ass! Just buy it. Listen and decide for yourself.

I heard this a long time ago when it first came out and I liked them a lot, especilly since they were connected to 88FL. Anyhow I never got around to buying this record, but when "Revolutions Per Minute" came out I bought that and absolutely loved it. Now after a while I ordered this one and I can say now that I actually like "Revolutions Per Minute" better. This cd doesn't have that hardcore edge to it that their new release has. With that being said, this is by no means a bad record. The songs are catchy and fast, a perfect combination. If you're new to Rise Against, then I would recommend "Revolutions Per Minute" over this one but this IS a solid record.

Amazing CD. I prefer 'Revolutions Per Minute' but this is a must have aswell. Not one bad song on the entire album. 'The Unraveling' has a range of slower songs such as 'My Life Inside Your Heart' and '1000 Good Intentions' aswell as faster hardcore ones like 'The Art of Losing' and 'Stained Glass and Marble'. Buy it or get out.

I bought this after i bought Revolutions Per Minute and this one took more than a day to grow on me. at 1st listen i thought the production and arrangments were weaker than RPM but since then it has become a mainstay in my cd player. and then i heard these songs played live and they rock. so buy it and then go see Rise Against live... you will not be sorry. this record rocks its one of those sneakers.
