this was good but the son, ambulance songs sounded like 'conor covers'. 'no lies, just love' though, is probably in my top 5 of conors songs and i have nearly everything he's done. the whole cd is worth it for that. i just thought the singer in S:A droned on a bit. this gets a four just because mr. oberst is on it

It's pure old Bright Eyes + the ex drummer of B.Eyes in is band, I like both but there is MAJOR KICK DIRTY ANUS bright Eyes song on this album. two of the best I ever heard of them : No lies, Just Love.

So i am a big fan of conor oberst and the players, and this is just another reason why. to me he is a musical genious. so anyway, i bought this cd for bright eyes, and i wanted to hear son.ambulance. and both bands impressed me very much. son, ambulance is a very mellow, relaxing kind of band, the kind of band that you can just sit down to and relax. but they were really good. also bright eyes's songs will definitly impress you, no lies, just love is one my favorite songs by them.
