Whorehouse Of Representatives

Discography 1993-1999

(Decrepit, Shitlist, Consume, Stillborn, Unruly Bastards)

Un-Yelliman 8

Released on February 1, 2006

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

This is the complete collection of all the works of this essential Seattle Anarcho-Crust band. Included are three unreleased track, one live from the bands second show ever (it shows but it is good to hear), an alternate version of Blinded By Darkness, and the completely unreleased song Straight Jacket. Includes everything from the demo, the first two seven inches, the splits with Toxic Narcotic, Brother Inferior, Mark Bruback and all the compilation tracks. The songs are fully remastered and sound amazingly powerful. An amazing band representing a time before most political bands played grind in short angry bursts. Members went on to bands such as Decrepit, Shitlist, Consume, Stillborn, Unruly Bastards etc.

To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of crust punk. For what I've listened to it all sort of sounds the same at one point. This band is one the rare exceptions where I'll actually listen to them more than once. After I heard their split with Mark Bruback I was hooked. Music's good, vocals are good, and the lyrics are good too. If your into crust punk with female vocals then pick this up along with Skarp and Witch Hunt.
