Behind Enemy Lines

Know Your Enemy (Reissue)

(Aus-Rotten, Pist, React)

Profane Existence 71

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

A re-issue of their debut LP, originally released by Tribal War Records.... An extremely timely and pointed assault on the current state of non-living in the United Sates. Former Aus-Rotten lyricist and vocalist Dave moves on with former Aus-Rotten drummer Matt, along with Bill Chamberlain on guitar (formerly of The Pist, React, etc.), and another Matt on bass. What you get is brutal punk rock, with the power of a run-away steam roller, and some of the most relavent anarcho-punk lyrics and angry delivery today. The likeness to Aus-Rotten is undeniable, but add on the powerful sound of React and you can get an idea of what the next wave of anarcho-punk will sound like. The CD now has a standard jewel case, with large fold-out insert.

This is probably one of the greatyest albums I have Ever heard. The freakin' bass on Voice Of Dissent is Nuts. This is coming from the masterminds of Aus Rotten and Caustic Christ. If you have any general disgust for world politics or The USA in general This is definatley for you!!!!

Great debut from the former folks behind Aus Rotten, one of the best punk bands of the 1990's. The songs all have the same vocal delivery in the verses which gets kind of old, but the songs are all intense, left-wing, and aggressive. "Why Does She Stay?" even has a bit of melody. This is great for people just getting into crust punk.

Fucking incredible. This band is like an all-star crust band or some shit. Everything is so musically tight and the lyrics are outstanding, really covering some major issues with intelligent insight. No holds barred.
