Tattle Tales

Hearts In Tune

Sinister Muse 101

Released on December 19, 2006

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

While some are happy to discount the great pop bands that have littered the musical landscape over the last 50 odd years, The Tattle Tales embrace bands like the Beach Boys, the Zombies, Elvis Costello, Green Day and Weezer with their collective arms and pause with them in a heart-warming group hug that’s a little bit cloy, but never uncomfortable for anyone.

I was really excited to get this cd. Pop punk with keyboards sounded like a good idea at the time... it wasn't. You know your band is in trouble when the best song on the album is a song the girl you probably used to have sex with sings the lead. This is crap, I would wipe my ass with it, but I already used my ticket stubs from Avatar.

Sugar pop gum drop. Combine the love affect of guitar, bass, drums and keyboard, boy and girl vocals, Elvis Costello and The Get Up Kids, Beach and Summer, and you get TTT "Hearts In Tune". Check them out this Summer with Project 27.

Unapologetically saccharine sweet, The Tattle Tales may just be the ultimate pop group. Their tunes are smooth, hook laden, catchy and totally danceable. Their lyrics are heartfelt and heartwarming. Songs like One Lawn Away show off their zany keyboard skills, while a trio of unique voices offer a wide variety of vocal melodies. This is an album filled with sappy songs about love and ladies that make you tap your toes and nod your head. Simply a must own album.
