I heard there were some band members in this band from an old Lousiana band called The Pics? So I got this. I'm not really into hardcore, but this is pretty good. I think this is a band you have to see live to appreciate the songs. Some of the greatest punk rock bands ever just don't transfer well to a studio recorded CD/LP. I would love to get a live CD from this band. Good songs.

Everyone was knocking this because it didn't sound like CV. But I found it to be a great horrorcore record. Which is what it is supposed to be.

Just like most everyone else who bought this CD I must also note THIS IS NOT CHOKING VICTIM/LEFTOVER CRACK! Unfortunitly.
However I bought this becuase it did come with a Choking Victim insert, and it was on Tent cd(one heck of a fine label)
This cd hasnt seen much of the cd player but when it has I would like everyone to know this is Horror Punk! Not the crack rock steady beat AGAIN HORROR PUNK, and it aint too bad.

Awesome, fast and hard. The lyrics do sound a little forced and repetitive at times, but hey, this is horrorcore. You don't listen to it for insightful and life affirming lyrics, it's all about monsters and killing and shit. And isn't that what really matters? Besides making fast and hard hitting music, anyway.

Very generic lyrics and music, they sound like they were punching themselves in the face trying so hard to make every word of their songs have something to do with horror and it seems too forced and just isnt very good. Buy some misfits if you want horror punk.

This is supposed to be horror punk? I'm floored by how bad this CD is! I was expecting a mix between the Misfits and Choking Victim, but this shit is awful! The lyrics are fuckin' retarded and the music is generic to say the least. DO NOT BUY THIS CD....unless you are a fan of fast, generic, mindless punk rock. This is horror-lite at best.

I think that somewhere out there, in the middle of the Nevadan desert perhaps or deep within Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky, Glenn Danzig smiles. Antarctica Vs. The World sounds absolutely nothing like the Misfits but the influence is pretty obvious and they use familiar themes in their music (i.e. the undead, blood, murdering women, all sorts of good stuff). Hell, I think one of the members even sports a devilock.
Unfortunately, all their songs pretty much sound the same and none of them really stand out. Someone's review down there somewhere said that they kind of sound like Unseen. That's a pretty accurate description, I guess. Unseen with Misfit themes. I would have to say that my favorite songs are Modern Day Dr. Jekyll, Van and Murdered My Girlfriend.

This Cd sucked so much ass it wasnt funny, if you like bands like L.O.C and Choking Victim buy their shit because this sucks. Every single song was short, the album was about 20 minutes long and it had 17 tracks. If you want a good cd buy No gods, No Managers by Choking Victim

Great punk album. The music sounds like early AFI or The Unseen.I think the vocals are kinda cool. And I love the theme they carry. The lyrics are a lot like the Misfits(early years).Punk anthems of worshipping blood and killing your girlfriend.Very good cd.If your into street punk, this is the album for you.Top notch.
