A Date With Elvis 1

Released on September 20, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Trading in technicality for good ol' fashioned fist-raising tunes, Virginia's Crestfallen return with a mighty new EP of high-energy thrash-influenced metallic punk rock. This is fast & heavy music at it's finest, combining circle-pit-inducing thrashy hardcore with plenty of punk attitude to generate a compelling form of underground music that's aimed at erasing those unnecessary lines between a live band and the crowd. With epic melodic elements and an unmistakable grind influence, it's not hard to see why this youth-filled band has got people pogoing at every show, trying to make punk rock a good time without compromising beliefs.

The greatest thing about this 7" isn't just that there are a shitload of great songs there, but you don't get the coversongs which are on the CD version of it.. I remember listening to the CD at first and felt like the coversongs were kind of misplaced on it.. But, a great 7" with amazing artwork.. People from Pg.99 as well.. Great 7", once again.

Thrash as FUCK! One of the heaviest bands out there and they still manage to keep an awesome DIY punk attitude...they're angry as all fucking hell but they still can have fun and have some sweet fist-pumping anthems. But seriously people...THRASH AS FUCK!
