Highschool Dropouts

Daytime Dilemma 70403

Released on September 15, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

4 previously unreleased tunes from one of Italy's finest bands. Limited edition of 300 copies (more or less...), each one is hand-numbered and signed by Jimmy "who does he think he is?!?" Dropout. This record came out to commemorate the premature death of JJ Rejection and Matt Failure, both shot by a 14 year-old drug dealer while they were patrolling the streets at night. Their strong sense of justice, law and order will be carried in our hearts forever. Farewell.

The Highschool Dropouts seem to have taken a turn away from the "leave home" style ramonescore to the "too tough to die" ramonescore...I happen to dig the poppier stuff myself. This 7" may be one of their most recent, but its sound is much more toward the POP in poppunk. Definitely my favorite of all their 7"s. All 4 tracks are killers!
