Released on December 12, 2001

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

This is the debut EP from Michigan's Wafflehouse*. Incredibly chaotic, incredibly melodic indie/math rock type stuff.

a very interesting blend of music. the singing is pretty cool. sort of reminds me of roger from less than jake at times. but don't let that miss lead you, it's not ska. it's pretty crazy. and has got a cool fight club add - in.

techy, mathy, inbetween indie/hardcore genre blurring. well, maybe this album isnt that definitive, but it's still one of my favorites. fans of step softly ghost, sweep the leg johnny, or small brown bike will appreciate this offering--or maybe they won't, but i like those bands, and this one too. the vocals and music can stand on their own, but come together really well. if anything, WH* samples sound bites from Clue the movie, and Fight Club as well, which i think is pretty cool. if you are looking for some interesting music, that's not too artsy for it's own good, give this album a go. thanks all, take care.

*oh yeah, if anyone is looking for music similar to WH*, but with just more screamo swing kids/blood brothers sorta twists, check out La Mantra De Fhiqria, they are amazing.
