This was a kick in the nutsack from start to finish. Sounds like the "Tied Down" era Negative Approach with touches of Minor Threat. It also reminds me of some of Charles Bronson's "slower" stuff. It's pretty old school though and still burns holes through most of the "punk" that came out of 1993. The bass player was GG Allin's bud and played guitar on several of GG's albums. If your sick of all this watered down pussy, limp dicked diluted "punk" that gets puked out nowdays, then get this shit. It's raw, hateful, aggressive, and full of attitude, the way all good punk is. I give this muthafucka a solid 5

FUCK YEAH! This is by far the greatest out cold album. Ive heard all the other, and they get fucking blown away by this one. Well, this and the voorhees/out cold split is their best work, so you should buy both of those albums.

Absolutely awesome album!! This is pure hardcore punk just like in 1982! No metal or emo here at all. No melody, no double kick and no synthesized parts at all. Fast, raw, urgent hardcore punk. You could play this album between Minor Threat and Negative Approach and no one would know the difference. The only modern aspect of this album is good production, but its not super crisp and clean to take away from the roughness and power of the music. If you like 80s style hardcore without the metal, this is for you. Looking for a band that sounds like they're from the early 80s, pick it up! I think I got knocked Out Cold the first time I listened to this. Awesome hardcore punk!!
