A charming hands-across-the-border pop-punk goof out from this Canadian/U.S. joint venture. A seventeen-song blend of cleanly sung vocals, harmonies, humor, and buzzing guitars soulfully rendered with an eye on 1950s rock'n'roll and country. Recorded at Sonic Iguana for maximum mega-pop tuneage.

mutant pop records has a great reputation, and timbo has never let me down.....untill this release.horrible vocals, the music is not bad ,but the REO Speedwagon vocals kill any hope of helping this cd.

This is the best band I've heard in a long time. The 17 upbeat songs on this CD fly by at breakneck speed and the band's sound rarely falters. I hear elements of old Lookout-style pop punk, but these guys have a very distinctive sound; sugary punk rock n' roll with MASSIVE HARMONIES. Sounds kind of like the punk rock Beatles. If you're sick of the same old predictable pop punk crap, get this album and thank me later. Buddy Holly on Speed, indeed.
