since this only an ep, i can't give it a full 5 stars. but it is a solid debut - this band has potential. typical emo/punk sound, but manages to keep your interest throughout and is worth repeated listens. pick this up if you're into bands like armor for sleep, hidden in plain view & suicide pact.

For an EP, this is a pretty good bunch of songs by Amber Pacific. If you enjoy Yellowcard or Brand New or any other bands like that, you'd probably really get into this. It's pop-punk that doesn't make me want to projectile vomit all over the walls.

i decided to get this cd after hearing thoughts before me on warped tour 2004.
and i must say, i was suprised. i was expecting some sort of run of the mill emo - you know? mediocre pop-punk. but there's something different here...something makes it kinda special.
this ep is definitely some great emo, track after track (maybe with one exception on here we stand, but i'm not a huge fan of acoustic anyways).
if you're an emo fan, get this cd - you will not be disappointed. if not, well why are you still reading this? i mentioned awhile back that it's emo...
later, d-rak
