This album sucks. It really does. It's like an AFI C.D. or something. And that's as low as I can go. It's poppy, whiney and just nostaligic in a really shitty, mundane way. Also, just like AFI, they have no real interesting lyrics, riffs; the music just sucks.
Do yourself a favor, check out something good; if you want whiney, check out None More Black, it's emo but it's still driving punk. If you want something original, check out These Arms Are Snakes. Nostalgic and smart. Fuck this C.D.

First I need to say that I really love this EP. It's awesome and there isn't one bad song on it. The sound reminds me a little bit of Emery but maybe it's just because they both use a keyboard along with their screamo style...
Buy the CD now if you still haven't. For just $8 it's not that expensive and you won't be disappointed!!!

I've never heard of this band until I got on this site. I listened to the MP3 sample and it was okay so I bought the CD. I'm glad I did. It blew my mind. The only shortfall was that it only had a few tracks. But this band is definately worth checking out. They need to put out another CD stat

I have literally watched this band grow from a small local band, to a successful touring band. Everywhere I go, I see Wings Of Azrael shirts, and it's really good to see a local band grow. This CD, in short, is incredible. Every track on the album shows not only the talent of the members, but their ability to fuse different genres of music into an absolutely beautiful compilation of sounds. The keyboards and vocals create the foundation, the drumming and guitars take it the rest of the way. If they release another album, I hope it sounds half as good as this one did.

At first, I thought this CD was just mediocre music with mediocre vocals. Then, with my second listen I noticed how great the music and vocals were and how well they fit together. This CD has the raw emotion of Thursday's Waiting, lyrics like Silverstein (buy their new CD and see them live) only somehow with more emotion, and the musicianship of Moneen. Not too shabby for a debut. Plus they're from Pittsburgh, which isn't too far from my home. All the songs are excellent especially Autumn in July, Ceramic, and A Breath That Ends What Chokes Begin. There is something about this CD. Its refreshing and different than the cliche "emo-core". Don't buy this if you are so hardcore that you can't stand to hear the beauty of the melody. Otherwise, its worth every penny.

It's a very good EP. First thing I noticed is that "Auburn Road" really stands out of the rest of the songs. I also enjoyed "A Breath That Ends What Chokes Begin" For only 8$, you get unexpected tempo variation, some great screaming and melodic parts that everyone will enjoy. I can see a This Day Forward influence a some points but you can cross Coheed & Cambria & Atreyu in the EP description. Overall it's very good, buy it now.
