i stole the s/t cd from my friend that has recently gone soft. he wont miss it so dont feel bad. this was after my other buddy burned me slow mo and after the fall. so i needed this cd to complete the too short career of these south bay boys, which is where im from. this cd rocks. never a slow moment. how do you feel now and breakdown are instant classics. a lot of the songs sound the same, but trust me thats a good thing. i wish i could have been able to see these guys while they were still around.

i dunno. i like pennywise, and i heard that 98mute was a lot like pennywise, so i picked this up. i wish i hadn't. it's not REALLY bad, but i expected more. most of the songs sound the same, but not really in a good way. even the recording quality seemed low. i guess a lot of other people like it, so maybe it's just me. but maybe it's not.

the best 98 mute record. and if youre in an unhealthy relationship, song number two will help you out of it. dump her. or him. and keep your head up. end of story. and the last song is about jason matthew thirsk. touching. i wish my little brother writes me a song like that when i die.

This CD is awesome. These guys were brought to my attention several months ago, and lemme tell you, these guys have some great songs. Although, they do have one weakness, and that is that they get very repedative. Eventually the songs begin to sound the same, but I dont care, cuz they rock and I dont get bored easily. If you have never heard these guys before, they sound a lot like PENNYWISE. If you dont like PENNYWISE, then dont buy this CD, cuz you will be greatly dissapointed. This is my favorite 98 MUTE CD. If you dont own any 98 MUTE, I recommend you get this first before you get any of the other ones.

Decent follow-up to their first album. If you liked their first album, you will like this one, although it is nothing new, that is why I only give it 3 stars.

this record is really good, and if you like pennywise, youll love this but in my opinion slow motion riot is better because theyve broken free of all their old pennywise sounds and become more original the last song is the best one.

Class of '98 is a great CD. Although most of the songs sound sorta the same, the lyrics and guitar licks are awesome. If you like Pennywise then you will love 98 Mute. Their sounds are VERY similar. J.M.T.
