This EP rocks. Although it only has six songs on it, it's six of the best songs Kris Roe ever wrote. If only their upcoming full-length 'Welcome the Night' could be half as good as this (or 'Blue Skies...' for that matter). Doubt it'll happen though. Great CD, great band (used to be at least)

this ep deserves a 5 simply for "between you and me," quite possibly my favorite ataris song ever. however, i wouldn't waste my money on this unless you are a true fan/collector.

Wow, short but to the point!! Theres so much to say about such a short CD. My Hotel Year is on there and this is the only place you can get it electric and with full lyrics. San Dimas High School Football Rules is an obviously awsome song. Another song you can only get on this CD is My So Called Life which is a love song about Clair Daines, is awsome. Not a Worry in the World is some what different from any other Ataris song but is a good change of pace for them for a moment. Great CD if you don't have a lot of money and want to hear the Ataris, goo CD fro a first timer cause it will leave you wanting more and more!!!!

Being that this is one of the first recordings The Ataris ever did, I think it is alright. An earlier recording of San Dimas High School Football Rules, and some more awesome songs like My So called Life and My Hotel Year, This EP is worth listening to. If you are a true fan of The Ataris, then definitely pick this shit up.

Look Forward to Failure is a great cd. All the songs are awesome, but the best are my so called life, between you and me , and my hotel year. This cd really is some of the ataris best stuff, and i recommend it to any fan. A little short, but who cares?

The sound that the ataris have perfected is very slick, clean, and perhaps overproduced, but underneath everything else, although fans of bands like the get up kids will be drooling when this comes on the stereo, it leaves something to be desired. The songs, although executed well, lack a real conviction of what's being sung, and the music has no real urgency to it, like their first release. It's kind of like biting into a nice shiny apple and finding that it's hollow inside.

This is one of my favorite EPs in my cd rack. It has some of the instant classics from Blue Skies (like "San Dimas), but it also has some great unreleased tracks ("My So Called Life"? Great!). Pick this up, even if you never buy another Ataris album again.

Ataris kick ass, and this is nothing less. it rocks. It has my hotel year and if you like that song then get blue skys broken hearts cuz they have it acustic and that is one of the best tracks on the cd.

This cd is really good. Even though it only has 6 songs on it, if you are a first time listener to The Ataris, like i am, pick up this cd. San Dimas Highschool Football Rules is he best song on here but the others are just as good.
