Well, I guess these guys wouldn't feel comfortable in a positive thinking seminar. This group is one of the most influential punk bands ever: "The band that put the 'pop' in 'pop punk'," "the band that made Green Day possible," etc. This album continues the regrouping of the band with original lead singer Milo and picks up where their classic record Milo Goes to College left off. Their last effort, Somery, has soundscanned 55,000 units. Mixed by Andy Wallace (Rage Against the Machine, Rancid, Nirvana, Screaming Trees), this release includes "Everything Sux" and "This Place Sux" (wouldn't "this place" be considered part of "everything?").

Amazing. They make their triumphant return in style. This is a must have album. Words cannot describe the greatness of this album. So catchy and good. Great lyrics, you will find yourself singing along to it in no time. This review is late, I've had the album for a while now so I've listened to it a ton of times.

Great cd. The Descendents kick ass. I haven't been into them long and I got a series of cd's so I don't really remember what I heard off this one but what I did hear was good. That is guaranteed.

Yeah holmes! The Descendents is the punk band that today's punk band wish it could be more like. Awesome riffs, killer vocals, and relevant subject matter. This and Milo Goes to College are my favorite releases by the Descendents. If you are truly into real punk music, you will enjoy and appreciate what this band offers with Everything Sucks.

This album was alright nothing impressive. The Descendents are great and all but the songs start sounding the same. I only reccomend it to hardcore fans.

This was a pretty good album. Not as good as "Milo Goes To College" or "Cool To Be You"(both you should also pick up)but still good and catchy. My favorite songs would have to be "We" and "Caught". But I fucking hate the song "I'm The One". I Hate it!
