Every "fucked up got ambushed zipped in" record is wicked because they are always diverse and this one is no exception. definetly a little more experimental than most but there's nothing wrong with that.

this is one of my favorite fugazi albums. it's probably not as good as their earlier stuff but it's very interesting. if you're just getting started check out 13 songs. i also recomend the argument when it comes to their later stuff. you really can't go wrong with this band.

This is one my my favourite Fugazi records. It took a while for me to get into but it eventually just grew on me to a point where it was the only CD I listened to for a week. If you are just getting into Fugazi, I don't reccomend this. You should start off with Repeater or 13 Songs.

Fugazi is excellent on every level on which a band can be excellent. simple as that. a bit of a departure from some the previous few Fugazi albums, but definitely in a good way, you can see they were going somewhere with some of the newer ideas, and fortunately, it led to "The Argument," which is similarly excellent. Fugazi is the kind of band that never fails to impress. if you've never heard Fugazi before, you could easily start anywhere in their catalog to get introduced, though i suggest just going from the beginning with "13 Songs."

This motherfuckers are some geniouses... This cd its so good, its not even funny.... they have off-tempo stuff that can be really melodic, or really dark, really Mellow and really catchy....Guy and Ian have the best singing voices ever that mixed, make the best sound possible...fugazi has to be the best indie-rock band out there along with Modest Mouse... i also think, that this album has a bif of a punk influence to it..... Not as good as their latest album "the Argument", but pretty fuckin good.....
