This is Strike Anywhere's finest album in my opinion. It really doesn't sound any different than their other albums, but there's is something about it that for some reason elevates it above the others. They play fast melodic hardcore/punk the way I like it, and I would recommend this album to anyone who likes: Rise Against, Break the Silence, or Comeback Kid

This is my favorite strike anywhere album. Most people like "Change is a sound" (which i love also) but this music seems more creative and different than anything else the've done. My favorite tracks are 3,6,9,10,11,and 12. "Exit English" has a good flow to it as well. The first track is short and the second immediately follows and song after song is great after that. The last two songs are awesome and just lead up an epic ending. If you haven't heard strike anywhere yet then I suggest "Change is a sound" but you really can't go wrong with any of their music

This record is a little mellower than Strike Anywhere's previous ones, but awesome nevertheless. I might say i even prefer it to SA's more hardcore stuff. The slower pace tends to give an anthemic upside to many songs, along with the great sing-along choruses, which makes you want to raise your fist and shout. Deserves 4.5 stars.

This CD is really good. They remind me of Anti-Flag. Very good lyrics. You need the if you like polit-punk. I saw this band on the Rock Against Bush tour and they put on a great show also, so if you get a chance to see them, do it.

I like this cd alot but i dont think that it was as good as Change Is A Sound. it had the same old sweet strike anywhere sound which makes me happy since alot of bands these days have been calming down there music, strike anywhere just kept on rocking hard as hell.

A solid album, despite all the critisisms it has endured. While it isn't up to par with change is a sound, this album still had alot of passionate catchy songs about class war, politics, and the such.

Strike Anywhere's Exit English is kickass political rock music! It's just music that makes u wanna run into a moshpit but it gives a serious message at the same time. My favs are To the World, Aluminum Union, and Til Days. These guys are also Rock Againt Bushers so that mad props from me and my canadian homies. Truly an astounding band and i wanna see em live. buy it dude.

I saw Strike Anywhere open up for Anti-Flag on the Rock Against Bush Tour in Minneapolis and was amazed. They sing with such force and power that I found myself slamming in the pit before I knew what happened. This is an amazing political punk group, capable of being hard-core, yet still maintaining a pseudo-melodic sound.
Very Highly recommended IF you are looking for hardcore...if you like bands such as New Found Glory or SUM41, you might be a little overwhelmed...If you like Propaghandi and Anti-Flag this is your cup of tea.

This CD is friggen awesome. The first few tracks will deffintly hold your attention. The entire band is awesome from the back to the front. The only downside is the production on the guitar end. The guitars sound way to mid/low and don't have barely enough highs. Also the songs all have a simular quality to them. Sometimes it's hard to distinguish different tracks. Otherwise a great release, if you like Rise Against, Anti-Flag, or any other melodic hardcore act then you should check these guys out.
