Disinformation Fix Discography

Alone 48

Released on July 29, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Disinformation Fix is a collection of the band’s entire catalog, including the out-of-print splits with Jerome’s Dream, Index for Potential Suicide, Rep Seki and Neil Perry, as well as other hard to find compilation tracks and much much more. Also included are recordings from the unreleased "ATM Diatribes" sessions, which the band briefly reunited to complete specifically for Disinformation Fix.

Plain and simple; listening to disc one through disc two is like watching a laser guided missile launch on target and rapidly spin out of control until hitting some poor unsuspecting innocent bystanders. All according to the intended flight plan.

nothing more easy than buying a discography album of a band that you love in considering it's a "one-stop-shop," especially if it is a bargain in considering how much bang you're getting for your buck. quality early years' grindcore/noise/punk hybrid band. it amazes me, what with the style these guys went for, that they are not signed to Three One G. if you're familiar at all with that label, you will have some idea of what to expect from this now defunct (but no less badass) band.

I gotta give this a 3 because there are no lyrics included. Other than that, if you like spazzy grind you'll like this.

This is definately value for money. Here you have two discs of emo violence; grindy chaotic hardcore, with the occasional mid-90's emo melodies, keyboards and film samples as well, it's great. The later recordings are a bit mellower but certainly interesting. You can't go wrong with song titles like "my spidey sense is going fucking nuts".

Best songs: beard of remoras, wrist meet razor, just do it! (best song in my opinion), the main ingredient, born different, robot insurance, oh.. you are sick, hairdo 2000 AD, this city's a grid

if you like saetia, in/humanity, JFFB, palatka, to dream of autumn or even hardcore emo bands like heroin/antioch arrow/angel hair/etc, make sure check it out.

oh yeah, just a note: they mixed up the song titles "oh... you are sick" and "rottweiler death" on the CD case.
