Wow. This CD is absolutely brutal. I haven't stopped listening to the CD since I purchased it several months ago. Quite frankly I love both this and Shadows are Security equally the same. They're definitely the most listened to CD's when I'm working out.

This album could possibly be one of the hardest hitting and surprisingly well written CDs I have ever heard. When I first popped this disc into the stereo I realized what I had been missing. Pure intensity. Quickly this CD replaced my Taking Back Sunday obsession and I moved onto something more. Such tracks as "Forever" and "Distance is Darkness" seem to really show off the talent of these guys. But for real apreciation of them you must purchase this CD.

What more could you ask from this band? Kick ass riffs? Got 'em. Metalcore screaming and lyrics? Got it. Something to go out into the hardcore pit with? Definitely. Do yourself a favor and pick this album up.

This album can simply be described as: BRUTAL! All the songs on this cd will suck the energy right out of you. The production is very good as well. The drummer is insane. It is some of the best hardcore/metal drumming I have heard in a long time. I love the guitar work as well! Go see them live and be amazed!

This is really good if youre a fan of stuff on nuclear blast and century media and all that. Though some parts of some songs get kinda mushy( and by mushy i mean emo-like) becuase their guitarist songs, theri really a high-quality thrash band. I saw them live recently with In flames and killswitch and they really had incredible stage presence. I'd say theyre like a mix between at the gates, atreyu and slayer so if that sounds good, buy this

Let me say one thing about this album, it is fucking disgusting, and by disgusting i mean pure brilliance. I listened to it for at least a week straight. The vocals/shreiking/screaming are tremendous, which are backed by the most wicked double kick i have heard in quite some time. They beautifully combined some hardcore breakdowns with some ridiculous tandem guitars. As I Lay Dying might be my favorite metal band since i first heard At The Gates.

This is one of the better metalcore cd i've have bought in awhile. The singer is very similar to that of Atreyu, more of the smoker/screamer. The drummer is very good with the double paddles, the fastest i ever heard. most of the songs sound the same but its still a great cd.
