The latest from YUME BITSU and SURFACE TO ECEON member ADAM FORKNER, and his first under the VVRSSNN (VERSION) moniker. A computer-composed squelch of guitars, sequencers, beats galore, glitches, singing, loops, and more, delivered dark, dance-ready, and alienated. Includes guest appearances from DAVE LONGSTRETCH, JEREMIAH GREEN, ERIC JUDY (MODEST MOUSE), PHIL ELVRUM, THE MICROPHONES, CALVIN JOHNSON, ROB KIESWETTER (aka BOBBY BIRDMAN), FRANZ PRICHARD (YUME BITSU), and others.

(ELECTRONICA/DANCE/INDIE) It's hard to say what kind of music catagorie this falls under. I bought it because of the tie with Modest Mouse, allthough it sounds nothing like it. However it is a good CD. It's mostly electronic with very little guitar and electronic beats. It's not techno though, it's more along the lines of dance music. I like this CD but don't buy it if your looking for a live "indie" band. It's a good CD to listen to when you are relaxing or going to bed.
