You Forgot It In People

(Members From Do Make Say Think, By Divine Right, Stars, Metric)

Arts And Crafts 1

Released on June 3, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Hailing from Toronto, these Canadian media-darlings make indie rock/post-hardcore in a similar fashion to the Saddle Creek crew: instrument-switching friends with incredible talent who all play in other bands (here: Do Make Say Think, By Divine Right, Stars, Metric). This is pop music to remind us that there are still virgin moments in rock, that there is still hope. Video for "Stars & Sons" directed by Chris Mills (Interpol).

This album has some great music. It also has some great vocals by not only the male singer, but several female singers who all have amazing voices. No two songs are the same on this cd, and they're all great. Buy this over the self titled anyday.

I cosider this one of the best records to come out in the 2000's. It reminds me of Sonic Youth or Radiohead. Everyone who reads this review should definitely pick up a copy of this CD.
