A really good CD. Great energy and it flows through your ears with great passion and makes you want to get up and fight the person next to you. And for this kind of music that is a good thing in my opinion. Pretty well composed and shows great passion and energy. Not a perfect CD but definitely worth a purchase.

really top notch album. I personally like crimes a bit better but still a super good cd. I love the idea of chaotic music that does not hold anything back. punk, metal, noise...yes please.

One of the top five best cds I have ever heard in my life. Guitarmy, Fuckings Greatest Hits, Burn, Piano Island, Burn, Ambulance vs. Ambulance, oh hell, all the damn songs are amazing, every one in their own way. But this, then buy the new cd, I don't care what people say, the new cd is just as great as this, but in a different way. No words can truley explain the talent of the blood brothers! Raise your glass to the guitarmy, motherfuckers!

O.K... the blood brothers fucking rock. you like refused...? imagine their intensity without the constraints of 4/4 time... or even any fucking beat at all!! you like the locust...? imagine the freakout nine times hotter. basically, if you want something that will terrify you to the point of joyful laughter, get this record. lyrically... untouchable.

wow. this is my first brothers cd and i must say this is one of my favorite cds of all time. people either love or hat e this band i guess but i love em! the duel vocals really go well together and the music is just awesome. the highlites on this cd are fukings greatest hits, burn piano island burn, ambulance vs ambulance, usa nails and god bless u thirstey zepplins. this cd made them one of my favorite bands and if ur into spazzcor then i highly reccomend this cd.i would also like to comment on ther new cd "crimes" which comes out october 2nd. ive heard the whole thing and it rocks as well though is not nearly as heavy. on crimes i think the high pitched singer sings a little to high and it can get on my nerves some times and overall i wouldnt say it is as good as this one but dont get me wrong its still the freakin brothers! so be sure to be crimes wen it comes out because even though it doesnt top b.p.i.b its still great burn piano island burn-4.5, crimes-4....

This album is a very, VERY close second to "March On", and it's in second place right now only because my preference varies between the two cd's almost constantly (the Blood Brothers get 5 stars, regardless).
Both albums are just sheer genius - I don't know if there's much to say beyond that. "Burn Piano Island Burn" represents a slightly more mature approach to the classic Blood Brothers style. The songwriting continues to amaze me on every level (what other band writes a full-scale fantasy story that winds through three albums, and is unbelievably poetic, at that?!?), and the instrumentals are growing more and more tight. My personal favourites on this album include "Fuckings Greatest Hits", "Every Breath is a Bomb" and "Cecilia and the Silouette Saloon"
At this rate, the Blood Brothers may very well transcend the limits of physical sound with their next album.

I guess this music takes an aquired taste.
So buy this cd and aquire it.
It's spazzcore, plain and simple.
Some of the rythems are intangible. But that adds to the fun.
Some complex songs, and a lot of songs don't make sense. But some take extremely analytical standpoint to figure out more than the general drift of the song.
It's Love.

I have had this album for a year now, and I am still floored everytime I listen to it. My favorite song would have to be "Cecilia And The Silouette Salloon." I can't really compare the blood brothers to any other band, which is a good thing. I don't know what I like better the dual vocals or the genius guitar parts. If your tired of the same old stuff over and over buy this album.
