Off Minor

Heat Death Of The Universe

Clean Plate 35

Released on January 28, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Off Minor continue to delve into the chaotic void of emotive hardcore to pull forth nine new melodic and catchy yet frantic and jilted tracks. While Off Minor is a spin off of Saetia they are fully capable of standing on their own without that reference.

This CD is fucking awesome. Buy it. No, really though, it rules. Technical jazz influenced hardcore done right. Good instrumentals, solid vocals, and insightful lyrics. A must have for fans of great music. Pick this up before their other releases; it's their best.

Do you ever wonder what people are listening to when you see them with headphones on? I always give them the benefit of the doubt (until I see a Slipknot patch or some other indicator of a reason why I shouldn't). I can imagine watching someone travelling via public transit or sitting on a college campus listening to this release. They would probably be deep in thought... brow creased, trying to take it all in. Definitely not light listening, but incredibly enjoyable none-the-less. Hints of jazz are apparent throughout. Check out this release. I have yet to get to any other Off Minor releases, but I do plan on doing so.

This is actually Dave Norman from Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. The new transformation of the band whose members helped shape the face of clean, spazztic screamo. Incredible interplay between clean groovin' guitars and chaotic fucked up guitars with crazy timing, all layered over chorded basslines, frantic drumming, and dual screaming machines. Good luck finding mp3s of these guys to test them, so I advise simply purchasing the cd. Honestly, a fucking mindblowing album.

i love this cd. Off Minor includes one or two ex-members of Saetia. so if you like Saetie check out these guys, and vice versa. and any one who likes hardcore or emo would like these guys. i just hope they stay together long enough so i can see them live.

GOOD GOD!!! OK, my friend burned me Problematic Courtship, and at first I didn't like it much but it grew on me a lot and now I love it. So then I decided to buy this cd.

Let me tell you...this shit BLEW ME AWAY!!

I dunno which Off Minor release you should get first, because they're both absolutely amazing but in my opinion, this one's better. Either way, get into this band. They're the only band that matters.
