Undead

First, Worst, And Cursed

Bacchus Archives 1182

Released on February 4, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Attention all Killed By Death, Bloodstains, etc fans: THE UNDEAD formed in LA during summer of 1977. By the end of the year, they released two singles and moved to San Francisco. Never a band that toured regularly, they eventually released many more singles and were the house band at the underground club, The Hell Hole. These rare and long out-of-print (and EXPENSIVE) recordings circa 1977 - 1982 are finally unleashed from the grave for fans old and new. And yes, the SF UNDEAD had the name first!

ITS NOT REALLY HORRORPUNK OR ANYTHING, BUT STILL A GREAT BAND. FUNNY PUNK ROCK, SOME SONGS MAKE ME LAUGH ALOT. JUST A BUNCH A GOOFBALLS THAT MADE SOME GREAT MUSIC. THE GUITARIST USED TO PLAY IN THE MISFITS WHEN THE FIRST STARTED BUT QUIT TO MAKE THE UNDEAD.

If you like 77 horror punk this is the cd for you. I personally liked it, a little different from some of my other music, but very good.

though the singer is the biggest sid vicious rip off i've ever seen in my life, this cd is pretty fucking good. cool lyrics, simple chords, and poppy hooks.
