Ok, first off, this isn't Jane Doe... Does that make it bad?? On the contrary, this cd kicks ass!! It's pretty much separated into 2 parts, unreleased materail and demos/live versions... The first half, the unreleased material, is like wishing Petitioning the Empty Sky and When Forever Comes crashing had more songs on them, and here they are! Why they were 'weeded out' who knows, but they are difinitely not 'unloved' The demos are always fun to hear and give us a window into the thought process that ic Converge... Finally,t he live songs... Ever been to a COnverge show? If so, these songs will bring you back to all that mayhem! Locust Reign live, need I say anymore?? So just buy this cd, either to complete your collection or just to have some great Converge songs, this is an all around good album!

This is a great album. However, if you're just getting into Converge, I would start with Jane Doe.I say that on all my reviews for Converge.Mainly because in my opinion it's their best release to date. But, this is great for collectors. It's all previosly unreleased and out-of-print stuff.Lyrics are top notch as always.Thats the best part about Converge.Their lyrics just speak to you.No matter what mood. The production quality is great too.The drums especially sound crisp and clear. The guitar riffs are spectacular also.Very fast, chugging heavy ass guitar. That's the main thing I look for in a hardcore album. How could you not love that? The live tracks are especially recorded well for live stuff. No distortion or anything.Quality album for long time fans.I can't get enough of Converge.By far one of my favorites of all time bands.Great album.Buy it now.Converge never dissapoints.

this is a really good cd even though its basically a "rare and unreleased" cd. i usually find those kinds of cds hard to enjoy but this is good. there are only a few songs that are older converge songs and less enjoyable but as a whole its very good. the live songs are pretty cool too. every converge fan should have this.

Hell yes. the most brutal, screamy, and crazy ass band ever makes another work of Art. Most of the songs are old, but don't let that fool you, they all are REEEEAAAALLLLL GOOOOD. I would recomend this to any hardcore fan. Converge kills.
