12 Imaginary Inches

TKO 108

Released on December 24, 2002

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

The STITCHES almost singlehandedly spearheaded the California 70's punk rock revival; they are international cult superstars; they have thumbed their noises at the larger "indies" in favor of working with labels in the real underground; and they continue to defy the boundaries of sub-genre classifications and to inspire copy-cats and wannabe's from all over the underground. Beach punks, street punks, skate punks, garage punks, art punks and everyone in between worship this notorious band as THE REAL DEAL. The CD version is enhanced w/ the video for "Automatic." The first 500 copies of the LP version of this release will be a special pressing on CLEAR vinyl with a different jacket and sleeve than the regular issue pressing. Start sweating, geeks!

I really liked this one, but its not quite what I had expected I guess you could say. It is definitely worth picking up. The Stitches are great, they have some of the snottiest vocals I have ever heard.

this is the shit! good good album...its crunchy, raw, and the singer kind or sounds like cartman from south park. This cd is what I imagine stops people from commiting suicide. your going to love the me.

The Stitches are and always will be fuckin rippers, cutters, slashers, slicers or whatever. They kickass. This album isn't really as fast as their first one but, it still has that snotty '77 punk rock n' roll sound. If you like the Stitches then, you should probably already have this. If you've never heard of them then, hurry up and get their first album then this one before somebody beats you up.

A wise investment if you like your punk rock snotty and raw. They seemingly rip off every record they've every heard and regurgitate and cocktail of power-pop-punk, oi, whatever. I could offer you a luandry list of references, the Dead Boys, Buzzcocks, Sex Pistols, you should get the idea. If you don't, I don't even want to talk about it.

This is so good. My god, some of the sleaziest sounding punk ever. Good old fashioned punk rock, and to boot the lead singer sounds like Duane Peters on fuckin helium. Can't get enough of this cd. Five years in the making and it was totally worth it. This is like the perfect acid trip, without the losing a chunk your brain, and it's much cheaper too.
