She Loves Me Not

Insubordination 81

Released on March 24, 2009

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Out of left field, the Adorkables have recorded (c/o the Blasting Room) an amazing 12 debut song album, entitled, She Loves Me Not. We were floored by the both the quality of the recording and the absolute infectious hooks that simply ooze from their songs. The Adorkables draw on some of the same nonsensical themes as the Ramones (Brain Drain era) but also inject some really fun pop tunes into the mix. In fact, this album is terrifically poppy: standout songs such as Brokenhearted, Christina Ricci, and Hope Your Happy are particularly well produced and the band's enthusiasm shines through.

Great album! What else can I say? Very well produced! these guys are tight, solid vocals & backing vocals, deadly lead guitars and great drumming. "Nenci" in my opinion is the best song, but there are no weak songs that make you want to hit that "skip" button! Buy this album you won't be disappointed, I promise!

Weasel/Vapid guitars with Lillingtons vocals. In fact, I bet my left buttcheek that is the Lillingtons singer. I haven't done any investigative work, and I forget his name at the moment, but I'm pretty sure, dagnabbit. It's an awesome CD if you dig the Ramones pop-punk style. Check out songs "Staring Problem" and "Christina Ricci".

The Adorkables Pop Punk /Punk from Salinas, California are the new contenders for pop-punk. If you like Teenage Bottlerocket or maybe more the Lillingtons you'l go nuts over this cd. As Interpunk said the sonic quality and mix is amazing. Maybe the best sound to come out of the Blasting Room. It's got the Zombie/Horror themes Please Don't Tell and Room 1408(same as the movie). Two other songs are about Chisttina Ricci and Staring Problem. Now to the rest of the songs Pop Punk love gone awry. Priceless! As the title says ..she loves me not. Favorite songs all of them. Brokenhearted great vocals and chourses. Nenci a song about love at first sight but in the end a small lifestyle difference ruins it. 21st B'day about a girl who starts hangin with differnt friends and lets her love slip by. Make It Work the guy might have a chance in this one. Dance Class about a guy trying to help his girl out but guess again. Hope You Happy about a love past. "Without you" a lot of us get scared. Not Missin You a great mix of sound.
