Sooooooo much better than the full length released afterwards (not the nipple one). Harder vocals, more varied guitars. Even the demo versions sound better than the rerecorded ones. If you dig Converge, Curl Up and Die, Botch (though not nearly as good), and other post metalcore bands then you will dig this shit.

Very..awkward. HHLL is a weird band to begin with. The vocals are shrill like and whiney which gets old. The music is good but not so much the constant trying of the vocalist to sound oh so "metal." Their LP isn't as bad as this, which is something to check out. I'd skip this.

i know this band recieves a lot of shit from people but, dammit, i cannot help but to find their songs catchy. especially those found on the original six track (for track seven is a bonus new song) EP of theirs. they aren't groundbreaking in any way, shape, or form but they surely do a mighty fine job putting their own spin on the current metalcore scene with hints of thrash punk and progressive pop. i would recommend this EP over their Ferret debut full-length, though that is quite enjoyable as well.
