Lance and J CHURCH are back with their first full length album in three years ...and it’s a doozy! All of the classic J CHURCH elements are here, complimented exquisitely by the revamped three-piece lineup. SIXTEEN songs in 40 minutes... It’s a manic ride, full of history, politics, and humanity. Yeah!!

much much better than the last album, albiet it maintains some of the sing-songy vox of the last few years, still it's immediately more likeable. at least two of the songs sound familiar, maybe they're re-do's from the old catalog or the japanese only cd from a few years ago. my only complaint, fucking snakepit's backup whoah-oh's get old like 5 mins before you even put the needle down. but really, it's j church, they rule. still i have to give it only 3 stars (arbor vitae and one mississippi are 5 star j.c. albums).
