Definitely under par compared to Lowest of the Low, thats a much better album. Get that first, trust me. Terror gets old quickly anyway.

More of the same from Terror, continuing where "Lowest of the Low" left off, "One With the Underdogs" is angry, uncompromising and crushing old-school hardcore. Think Hatebreed minus the metal influences.
They're bruising and brutal, with fast breaks and heavy beatdowns, and pretty much the epitome of what hardcore is and should be in 2005. It's not big or clever, but it's very, very effecitve. I'd have to say this first full-length isn't quite up to the bar-fight that "Lowest" was in terms of sheer unbridled ferocity, but it comes close.
I don't fancy meeting any of this band in a dark alley on a bad day.
